Mac & Cheese at Red Robins

I’m all for extra cheesiness. My ultimate guilty pleasure happens to be corny, cheesy, sappy romantic comedy movies too =p . Red Robin restaurants just introduced a new menu item. You can find me ordering this too many visits in a row. Nothing surprises me more when you present me with a Mac & cheese dish that is not only uber cheesy but is also baked in more cheese and comes with a side of cheese baked bread. Oh and the diced tomato salad? The perfect relief in between all the creamy macaroni bites. YUM. I’m going to give myself a prize if I can ever finish this dish in one sitting.

PS. It’s the 22nd *sighness*

Spoiling new gadgets. Pizza?

*Nom nom*, Snap Snap | No Comments

I mentioned in a previous post (click) that I got a new camera. With new gadgets come new gadget accessories! And if you know me, you know I love to add a custom touch to all my stuff =p . I already customized my cam with a body protector but the big thing for me was what camera bag to get for my new cam. To sew? No… that’s probably the one thing I can’t do so well haha. I never took sewing/home ed in high school, instead I took an electronics class with a bunch of boys that poked and teased me in class ’cause I was the only girl.

So I made my first Etsy purchase: a custom camera pouch/bag!! Perfect fit and super cute! *loves*

And this might totally be random, but I want to share anyways. We made pizza today =) .

Simple, Healthy Eats

Amidst my camera obsession, Jason has been watching Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution. If you haven’t got a chance, it’s definitely something you should check out. Jamie Oliver is doing something very extraordinary. I’ll let him speak for himself:

Jason has always been into cooking, but this really sparked something =) . Starting small, he’s going to start his cookbook collection. And lucky me… I have something to photograph… and eat =p . Oh, and of course he got Jamie’s Food Revolution cookbook! Below is our first recipe from the book. Delish simple avocado salad.

Last night, we gathered our veggies and fresh produce (Btw, I love Safeway!) and Jason made burgers for us and his family. And following the simple cookbook recipes, I helped make an asparagus salad and some fried potatoes. It was easy, it was fast, and definitely more healthy then fast food!

B-Liv Products

Just got my package from B-Liv. It’s a skin care line created by a company called Cellnique.  I’ve been wanting to try their products for a while now after reading about the “Off With Those Heads” miracle serum from different blogs. Super excited to try everything out! I bought the “no spots bye dots” blemish cleansing gel, “off with those heads ” blackhead sebum gel, “leach me” moisturizing mask, and received free samples of “Oil leviate” oil control gel,  and “shrink and tighten” pore reducing serum” PLUS a $5 off coupon on my next purchase =D . I mentioned in a previous post that I was inspired to take better care of my skin. This is my first big splurge. I hope to see a difference in my skin… because it’s just not happy with me right now =/ . I envy those people with such amazing clear skin… *sigh*.

Yummy Shaved Ice!

Oh! Have you guys tried Frappe Bliss at Aberdeen Center? My friend Linda introduced me to it… SO good haha. Go go try it!! But go when it’s warmer out. My friends and I went late at night this last weekend and we sat together in the food court by the windows… eating our shaved ice and shivering from the cold lol *sweat .

EDIT: Update on my B-Liv Skincare routine Here (Before and After Pictures)

Quite a drive out

*Nom nom*, Shop shop | No Comments

Went to the Aritzia Warehouse sale today just to peek. Spent prob 15 minutes there, then left lol. I have no idea how people dig up great finds at sales anymore. I think online shopping has spoiled me a bit too much. I’m now a lazy shopper. Cept, I don’t mind flipping through 50+ pages of shoes online haha.

Also tried out Phnom Penh, FINALLY! Another checked off my dine out list. It is as good as they say… mmm. I really wanted to take pictures but I’m running through tough issues with my cellphones. The new cell did not live up to my previous 903sh phone, believe it or not. =/ . The camera disappointed me even though it’s “more pixels” “anti-shake” “blah blah” … sigh. So to get a new phone again? or to repair my 903sh phone? We’ll see!
